TAO Energy Work Training and Certification
TAO Energy Work is a healing modality designed by Jan Worsley Cendese to assist individuals who wish to heal their own minds, emotions, bodies, and souls. This eclectic approach draws upon Jan’s own experience, practice and training, as well as a culmination of work from many experts including Michael Bryner, Dr. Fritz Perls, John and Barry Stevens, Dr. Milton Erickson, Dr. Eric Marcus, Terry Davidson, Lansing B. Gresham, Dr. Randolph Stone, Usui Reiki, Richard Barlett, DO and Dr. Peter Mandel, Dr. David Bohm and Dr. Bruce Lipton.
The TAO Energy Work Training Program is a four (4) year training program which is based upon first building a solid foundation of a variety of subtle energy techniques and then using this foundation to explore more advanced practices. An understanding of human individuality --- including body, mental, emotional, and spiritual structure ---movement, touch, expanded states of perception and higher dimensional awareness are studied and applied through extensive mentorship and supervised hands-on experience. This program is specifically designed and intended to exponentially strengthen and impact any work for enhancing the quality of life for each student, as well as their clients.
The Training is structured around four (4) one (1) year segments. Trainees are hand picked to maximize the effectiveness of the training and to set the stage for overall team and individual success. One of the required qualifications is a desire to assist TAO with its overall mission, as well as a willingness to teach the material to other trainees and TAO Foundation project participants. Furthermore, each student accepted into the TAO Energy Work Training Program is required to personally commit to and complete, at a minimum, the first year of training. This level of commitment is required to ensure each training team’s success, as well as the availability of qualified staff and trainees to meet associated TAO Foundation Project obligations. At the end of each year, any student may decide not to continue with the training.
Students who wish to receive The TAO Energy Work Facilitator Certification are evaluated each year by the TAO Energy Work Training Review Committee. Upon receipt of certification, certification will be re-evaluated at the end of each subsequent training year. For those individuals who do not complete additional training, maintenance of certification will require compliance with current standards as set forth by the TAO Energy Work Training Review Committee. These standards are solely under the discretion of the TAO Energy Work Training Review Committee and may be updated or modified at any time with no notice.
The TAO Energy Work Training curriculum includes the following:
- Participate in each training group’s monthly four (4) hour training session.
- Attend at least three (3) multiple hand sessions with the Instructor each year.
- Complete one (1) individual session with the Instructor each quarter.
