You will receive your first 4 Attunements. You will learn the History and Principles of Reiki, Your Lineage, hand placements for self treatments, hand placements for treatment of others. You will perform you first Reiki treatment in class. Plan to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing for body work.

TAO Energy Work Movement Classes

In these classes we will use mental focus and intention, body awareness and our own energy to achieve our desired result. In these classes we will work with some of our emotions and attempt to "pull" the extra weighted emotion out of our present life. This will provide relief and a deeper sense of control, ease and peace as we continue to grow and change. Plan to wear comfortable, layered clothing for movement on the floor.
